Mission

To empower young people, women and girls with quality and credible reproductive health information to make informed choices and decisions about their sexual and reproductive health and against other harmful traditional practices.

Objectives

  • To influence, advocate and amplify policies and issues that protect adolescents and young women and girls, that promote their rights to be safe and to complete their education.
  • To support youth, women and girls with credible sexual and reproductive health information that enables them lead healthy lives with voluntary, rights-based family planning – ensuring that women have the ability to make their own choices about whether, when, and how many children to have.
  • To empower and support adolescents and youth of reproductive age with life skills and information to access opportunities, encourage positive masculinity and manage their menstrual health.
  • To ensure children and adolescent girls enjoy full childhoods, are free of violence and harmful traditional practices such as child marriage.
